Outbound Student Application for 2024-25

Congratulations on your ambition to become a Rotary Youth Exchange student! Now that you've passed the club interview, you can move on to the full application that will be shared with the district interview team. As you begin this process, be sure that you follow all instructions carefully and completely. Should you run into any problems or have any questions, check the bottom of each page for contact links.

Statement of Conduct for Working with Youth
Rotary International strives to create and maintain a safe environment for all youth who participate in Rotary activities. Rotarians, Rotarians’ spouses, partners, and other volunteers must safeguard the children and young people they come in contact with and protect them from physical, sexual and emotional abuse.

Data Protection
Your information will be shared with Rotary International, the Sending and Hosting Rotary Districts Youth Exchange Organizations and Clubs, your appointed counselor and host families. It will only be used for official RI business and not sold to or shared with other third parties, unless required by law to be released.

This application process will require you to complete several pages of information, upload a number of photos, and follow up with supplemental forms and instructions that will be e-mailed to you after your completed application is received. Those additional documents will include medical and dental report forms, program fee information, and more. Be sure to read them thoroughly and take all appropriate action as required.
