Statement of Conduct for Working with Youth 
Rotary International strives to create and maintain a safe environment for all youth who participate in Rotary activities. Rotarians, Rotarians’ spouses, partners, and other volunteers must safeguard the children and young people they come in contact with and protect them from physical, sexual and emotional abuse.

Data Protection
Your information will be shared with Rotary International, the Sending and Hosting Rotary Districts Youth Exchange Organizations and Clubs, your appointed counselor and host families. It will only be used for official RI business and not sold to or shared with other third parties, unless required by law to be released.

Important Notes: 
  • You must be a student in District 5500 which is Southern Arizona (See Dist. 5500 website to see Rotary Club locations.) 
  • This preliminary application will require you to complete several pages of information, upload a photo, and follow up with supplemental forms and instructions that will be e-mailed to you after your completed application is received. Be sure to read them thoroughly and take all appropriate action as required by Oct. 15.

  • After you have created your own password, please complete the FIRST PAGE of this application.

  • You will receive an email listing separate application tasks to be completed by Oct. 15, including a form called PRELIMINARY APPLICATION QUESTIONS attached to the email.
