Important Notes:
- Preliminary application deadline is October 10th
- You must complete the Country Selection form and submit it with your preliminary application
- Note that Rotary Exchange programs require students to have received Immunizations against common childhood diseases and in some cases countries may require additional immunizations.
- The cost of the exchange is established each year and if accepted as an exchange student, fees will be due in accordance with the established schedule, Go to our website www.rotaryye5080.org for detailed information on fees.
- Limited financial assistance is available throught the Conger Memorial Scholarship Fund; however, funds awarded through this fund do not affect your obligations stated in the Financial Agreement
- Contact your local Rotary Club and advise them you have submitted this application.
- The Long Term Exchange application process will require you to complete several pages of additional information, upload a number of photos, and follow up with supplemental forms and instructions that will be e-mailed to you after your completed application is received. Those additional documents will include medical and dental report forms, program fee information, and more. Be sure to read them thoroughly and take all appropriate action as required.
- There is much to do! Make sure you complete the application in a timely manner so that you leave lots of time for the visa to be processed. Visas are very slow to arrive, and you won't be able to travel until they do!
